Your email came at exactly the right time when I was becoming exasperated with our current insurer.
Your staff member was very helpful in every aspect and explained things very clearly and honestly so that I understood exactly what was covered by the policy and what was excluded.
We now have a cheaper policy which offers more cover so we are glad to have made the move.
