I have been paying just under £80 per month for what I thought was top notch health insurance. When I had a problem and was referred by a consulatant for an MRI scan I realised that I did not have top quality health insurance.

Instead when I made the claim I was given a long list of of why I should not claim, then I was told it would take 3 weeks to process my past medical history.

Great sales people to get me signed up, very por quality customer service that simply don't want to pay out and will find anything in your past medical details to ensure they pay out.

I am getting legal advice as I believe I have strong grounds for a mis sold policy. I have contacted the company regarding the mis-sold policy several times but guess what, no-one gets back to me.

My advice is avoid this company as you are throwing money away and get Bupa.
