I had shopped around using various sites for insurance and stumbled across Chase Templeton quote by chance. Just 3 phone calls (all of the delays were at my end) and I was all sorted out with health insurance. Chase Templeton made the whole process extremely easy and we were signed up for health insurance with a minimum of fuss or confusion. I would definitely recommend Chase Templeton to anyone who is shopping for insurance.

I have limited experience of the company but they've arranged my private health insurance to my satisfaction at rates considerably less than have been quoted elsewhere.

I was uncertain about health insurance, never having had it before, and it was very helpful to use an advisor. She was really nice, impartial and matter of fact, and we found a plan that worked for us. It was all done efficiently, effectively and in a friendly but professional manner. If you need some advice, and there is a lot of information about, I would thoroughly recommend this service. Also, there was no pressure at all. All in my own time.

They take as long as it takes to understand the customers' needs and preferences. One feels that saving money for the customer is high on their agenda rather than devising an insurance formula that maximises their own commission entitlement. They call you up in good time before renewal and one never feels rushed - but one has confidence that renewal cover will be fully in place by the deadline.

I Found Chase Templeton extremely helpful in advising which health insurance to purchase and also in keeping me up to date with changes in cover and advising which policies to consider at renewal. The company is to be thoroughly recommended.

They took over from my previous provider when the owner retired. So far their service has been excellent and they have handled my requirements excellently. I was very satisfied indeed as they pointed me to a better deal which I have taken. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs this sort of advice.

It mattered not what was going on in my life, notes appear to have been taken and calls received, when I became contactable. My advisor, Nicki, appeared very knowledgeable, non-judgemental and gave me what I believe to be a very good deal. I would happily recommend her, and Chase Templeton, to friends and family.

I found out one day I had to provide overnight evidence of a comprehensive private medical insurance policy. I quickly went on the Internet and looked up some comparative websites and came across Chase Templeton. When I entered my details I was expecting to get a quote like on all the other sites I tried. Instead, 10 minutes later my phone rang and, as the agent,[name removed] , was explaining me about insurance, I began feeling like I was being comfortably sited and becoming progressively relaxed. The agent clearly knew what she was talking about. The information provided was definitely to the point. The 'vibe' of the conversation felt so natural it scared me a little. Although I was in a hurry, that made me thinking about the old 'keep my options open'. So, I tried another company. This is slightly subjective, no doubt, but a sort of early nostalgia hit me after a couple of phone calls and I felt compelled to talk to someone from Chase Templeton again, the same [name removed] if possible. I was back in the arms of the imaginary yet quite comfortable chaise longue. I then accepted the offer, provided the necessary details and changed my status to 'insured' the same day. The evidence I was looking for was sent to me by post and by e-mail. It got me through a possibly very time consuming pinch and I was very pleasantly surprised of the easiness of it all. I know not everyone has the same problem, and, in my case (still relatively healthy), not a lot of medical documents were needed, but they didn't knew that at first. Their attitude didn't change because my case seemed simple; it just happened that my case was perhaps simpler than others. No relation between the two variables. In conclusion, thank you Chase Templeton.

This was the first time I had used Chase Templeton, as they had taken over the business of another specialist medical insurance broker who I used to be with. They contacted shortly before my renewal with my existing insurer was due and once they realised I was very unhappy with the renewal premium being quoted, they worked very hard to secure a better deal. The Chase representative was very diligent and worked hard to explain the differences between the policies. She also came up with an innovative solution regarding one member of our family who was able to move insurer and continue a claim in process. This is not always possible and the deal with the new insurer was down to Chase's relationship with them. Overall I am very happy with the service and would happily recommend them to others.

I had taken out a policy directly with another company and found thatit didn't contain elements that I had requested. I still had the cooling off period and so contacted Chase Templeton for advice. They contacted the company and dealt with it for me at not cost even though they had not sold me the policy. When my renewal comes up next year I will certainly be using Chase Templeton and recommending them.
