I am contacted annually to see if I am happy with the present provider and offering me the chance to accet a different provider. This year's quote was £10 cheaper for an alternative provider. I was concerned that the new provider may not accpet the moratorium and explained this. There is no hard sell with Chase Templeton - the adviser listens and then comes back with recommendations that are sensible and worthy of consideration. They attend to the detail, which is so important with health cover, and then deal with the policy application and set up very efficiently. Bit of faffing round to get hold of the agent, but when I did eventually, he came up with an alternative policy which offered slightly more - for slightly LESS! Sorted.
