Within a couple of hours of entering my details on line, Nicki of Chase Templeton contacted me in order to deal with my health insurance. I pointed out that my present insurers had increased the monthly premium by £65 per month which I could no longer afford.
Nicki suggested a few alternatives to my present cover which I was able to afford, which included an excess of £100 and a six week wait. The other difference from my present policy is a limit of two consultancy visits per year. This was dealt with very efficiently and within two days I received the details of my new policy. I queried a couple of things listed such as 'excluding certain outpatients diagnostics and treatment' and this was explained to me.
The difference in cost between what I am paying at the moment with my present insurers and what I will be paying with my new policy is £28 per month less which I am very happy with.
I was concerned about only being allowed two consultant visits but decided this was acceptable.
