I am due to see the specialist on Monday and am a bit sceptical after reading some of the reviews.

Initially when I called the call centre on the 20th November to chase things they said they had only got as far as the 12th with their mail, it's a good job my condition was not life threatening as my doctor had faxed the referral on the 7th. Then after my notes were passed to Kent I was not contacted within the agreed period and when I chased it, they said they had lost my notes and the medical team should have called me the week before. Eventually they found the notes and called me back, but could not offer an appointment until the 22nd December.

I am hoping for great things on Monday as the op has to be done by the 15th January to be in the agreed timescales. This will be interesting with Christmas and New Year in the way but I am optimistic!
