I'm a relatively new member but I've already used their GP 24 hour service several times. It's so hard to get an nhs Gp appointment now and this service has been great and already saved me loads of time off work by using it. You just phone them and tell them when you would like to talk to a doctor, and then one phones you back. Each one that I spoke to was so helpful and spent time with me and saved me needing to see my own GP. Not that you ever see the same one twice these days! Benenden is worth the money for this service alone.
