I joined Benenden almost twenty years ago, and also added my children to my membership.
Over the years they have helped me and my family several times and their service could never be faulted.
In particular, years ago it was one of their Consultants who diagnosed my coeliac condition which two NHS consultants failed to spot! Now, as my kids are adults, I have encouraged them to take up their own membership. I am astonished at some of the dreadful reviews that have been posted here, as that has never been my experience. I know that Benenden has been around for over a hundred years and doesn't happen if you are not providing a good service!
