Awful. First time I came to use the policy got through to a highly trained skilled calls adviser trained to extract any possible information whereby treatment could be refused using one of the 100s of exclusion clauses you will find in the policy. The pre existing medical conditions clause is an absolute farce refusing treatment based on any ailment you may have suffered during the last year's which is cleverly linked by the claims handler to the condition you are now trying to claim fir. An absolute waste of money.
