I have been with Aviva healthcare for two years. I have never come across such a terrible provider or service. I have been with PPP or BUPA all my life and changed as my husband thought these guys were cheaper and better. They have an excuse not to pay any claim and everything is exempt on one ground or another. I absolutely detest them. They also blackmail you into staying by saying that you will not get cover with anyone else as they share information about even the smallest headache or investigation. DON'T USE THEM.
