I rang up this company to ask about health insurance after just doing a google search.
The guy i spoke to, Mark, was incredibly helpful and patient.
I have always found the difference between insurance plans confusing but he took time to explain all the differences and nothing was too much trouble.
It makes a real difference to talk to an advisor who actually listens to your personal requirements and talks to you like an individual and not just another caller they are trying to sell to..
I was really glad i used this company. I had tried another well-known one in the past beginning with A X ! and they were nowhere near as helpful, courteous and efficient as this.
I went with the deal partly because i was given good price and also because i felt this was going to be a good comany to deal with.
The customer service is way above average and I would definitely recommned this company if you are looking for a quote.
