Called AXA for my son's health policy about Bowl Movement and they rejected it because they think so GP has referred to Paediatrician as Parents had concern not GP. They read between the lines on referral letters and rejects on their interpretation basis. Why would GP refer to Paediatrician - simply they don't have enough knowledge.

I sent referral letter to AXA about 2 weeks ago and simply no call or confirmation back. You have to call them to keep asking if decision was made on your claim.

I would recommend to stay away from health insurance from AXA - they simply reject any claim with reason either not entitled or some other silly reasons.
