They have been brillian throughout when my husband had to have an operation for cancer and they have been brilliant since with no quibbles - it all depends what sort of policy you have paid for, whether you have full cover or not.

Would it be possible for you to provide us some more info on this? I am writing an article for a global publication that delves into AXA ppp and its prqactices. I have to say that yours is the only positive review I have found to date. I do want to provide a balanced view so I wondered if you could tell us what policy you have, how long the claim took and which department dealt with your claim.
