I had a very good experience, receiving a reply within less than an hour. I wrote back and forth to "my" doctor five or six times in a couple of days, and his responses were always prompt, informative, compassionate, and very helpful. To say I was more than pleased with the service is an understatement. The only negative was that when I finished that phase (indicating I would have other questions when the current stage was resolved), the doctor told me how to reach him directly, but when I wrote I was advised that I would have to pay over again, at a higher rate. I don't know why, and customer service did not answer that part of my question. I certainly may have assumed something incorrectly, as I had already accepted and evaluated his answer, which I now know closed that "case." But I didn't understand that at the time. But I still consider that this was an excellent service for me.
