I have asked the same query at 4 popular websites before my knee surgery. Drspring's answer was most detailed and really helped to make my decisions. Though they took almost 24 hours to reply to my query, the doctor answered my follow-up queries within minutes.

My rating for Doctorspring is 1, for the doctor 5. I was deceived by Doctorspring, being misled by deceptive advertising that implied that I would be answered by a doctor in the US (the page showed the message "Waiting to answer" with a picture of a cardiologist with training and experience in the US). But my questions were instead given to an Indian physician with no training or experience in the US. I am posting this review of Doctorspring to warn others about their deceptive practices. The doctor's answers were good, given the limits of his training, so I have no complaint with him, and would not even want a refund, as he should be compensated for his time and knowledge. But beware of the website Doctorspring.

We got the best expert specialists online without waiting for an appointment and traveling in and most importantly no leave or single day waste . usually it is hard to find perfect doctors when in need and here is a freedom for all for a very small money we get fantastic diagnosis in no time is beauty of this concept. The doctors are well trained experts and website people take all the necessary arrangements safety for our money and make sure get best advice... Hats off to both doctors and website so beautifully designed this service thank you and God bless you all.

You may be lucky but in my case I did not receive the advertised help. Repeated requests for refund were just ignored. I expected an answer to my problem within 24 hours and it took more than 40 hours and was not relevant to me any more. Doctorsping just does not reply to my emails any more.

I appreciate being able to ask a follow-up question and the doctor's recommendation of what my next step can be (as well as suggested time frame), given my concerns. Thank you. While in my case, the time to reply was not very critical - they might not be the right option in emergencies. But the quality of drs for the cost is pretty good.

Buyer be ware. This is a fishy web site. I paid over 40 dollars for consultation and nothing came back. No consultation no response and it has been over 30 hours. On their web site it says maximum 12/24 hours. Support does not exist and I doubt if there are even doctors. DO NOT PAY A CENT. I am pretty sure some lone individual is sitting somewhere around the world receiving money to search the internet to copy answers and send them out. Even one of the doctors on their web site I have investigate does not work where the web site claims. The doctor is shown to be working in the USA (CA) instead he is some kind of a health care startup individual living in India. I will be reporting them to BBB and file a claim with my bank to get my money back. One more point, their social media is inactive and last time used few years back which is another sign of being a non-genuine web site / service.

I was able to answer follow-up questions and this dermatologist homed in on a risk factor that my own dermatologists never did-- I was impressed. In the end, a good and informative consultation Atleast now I can go into it knowing I'm doing the best thing. -- thank you. there is a question below of value for money - it costs lot less both in terms of money, time and hassle. My earlier insurance copay was more than this!! thank you again.

First they will show you that your case will be checked by some speiclist from Europe, but at the end it will be answered by some doctor from nowhere in Banglo and for follow up they will ask you to pay again. Wiest of money

Was on holiday in Crete, miles from my doctor in London. Taken ill on a Sunday. Thought: there must be some way of getting medical advice online?? Well, found this site, and REALLY pleased with the service. My query was sent to a recognised expert, who got back within a couple of hours (each time, because I asked two follow-up questions once I realised he was good) - all for very little money, and in fact, I think I can use it again, for what I paid. The specialist couldn't have been more thorough or helpful, as well.

I had a question which was bogging me a lot and could not find any answer. Given the nature of question,I could not ask it to my doctor friends. Got the answer within 2 hours but process could ve been smoother if they had an iOS app.

Very poor service. They promise that you get your answers within maximum I think 6 hours, in case the consultant is needed - 24 hours. I waited 1 day 4 hours - then I wrote to them. I wanted to describe 2 CDs - CT of head of my dad. I have 2 reports that are very similar but there is 1 big difference. Then - I wanted 1 more report to see which one may be the correct "thing" . Then I contacted these doctors - they were not able to download, unzip and run the downloaded CD where are the images. They may have very poor computer skills or they did not tell me the truth as they did not know to describe it properly? Not enough qualified? Not enough experience? Who knows. I am very unhappy and waiting for my refund. I hope that I get at least my money back!

Hi Firstly, I must say that the works you guys are doing might be great, after all it's for people in need. The reason I am not giving 5 stars for this site is the fact that it requires nearly 30 bucks for an answer. I know its a medical issue of which you guys need to be careful BUT I am in pain and sadly, I couldn't proceed through that one little step because I am a student and I can't have enough of those money to spend on a single question. (I know it somewhat sounds like my problem but literally, I don't know where to go now at this night time. There's not even people around me.) I wish there could be a site which gives free service. PS. This is a review and this is my experience with this site. I am SAD, IN NEED and maybe, in pain I am saying some stuffs here which will not even make a difference. Doctor went out of his way to answer my 6 follow up questions I had. I was a bit embarrassed to ask my physician these questions. I wish it was more of a chat service rather than email. Still worth it.

I contacted this website because it was after my doctors office was closed I was experiencing pain and didn't want to wait till the next morning to get a diagnosis. I opted to ask for a specialist. They gave me a urologist. With the symptoms I gave and the meds I'm on this choice of specialist was poor. I'm presently seeing a neurologist. After waiting over 11 hours for a response I get a diagnosis that even I a layperson would think ridiculous. I've called my doctor and I know I'll be hearing from him much sooner than 11 hour and not having to spend $35

I am not a big fan of online doctor services. I use it mostly while travelling or when my GP is not in office. Overall I like Dr.Sebastian's replies (their main GP). He is to the point and replies quickly. I have never used specialist services though. They should make the website bit faster. Sometime it takes time to load. Overall I am happy. But I don't think you can replace your real doctor. Alteast for now.

Hello, I am writing a review in the Internet for the first time. I am a second generation immigrant US citizen. Have been healthy all life. So I was devastated when a critical illness hit with just like that. I had a good insurance, family support and friends. But still the experience was traumatizing. Between MDs and Hospitals the most difficult thing was the answers. They just don't have the time to talk to you. Ok they do talk, but even after asking 10 questions there were 100 more. Was bit skeptical about Doctorspring website. But since it was cheap I just went for it. It was a pleasant surprise. The OBGYN Dr.Aarti painstakingly explained everything. She suggested 2 tests which were not even considered by my MDs. And guess what ? I had sever hypothyroidism which all the hot shots in US had missed. I am just happy to see business like this. For the older generation like me, this is GOD sent.
