I used this Haynes Ford Escort and Orion Service and Repair manual to maintain my escort estate. You can't really fault it. The descriptions are accurate and the pictures, if at times a bit dark, really help you figure out what you're meant to be looking at.

I actually bought Haynes Ford Mondeo Petrol and Diesel Service and Repair Manual: 2003 to 2007 for a friend who had problems with his 1.8 Mondeo both with his engine and also for removing the dash so he could replace the clock and fit a non standard radio.
The guide did not go into that much detail ...

The haynes books have always been used to fix our vehicles. we have never had a problem. The repair manuals have been bought for every vehicle we have ever owned.

Electrical diagram is incomplete and the index is wrong in several places.

Not easy to find items. Not easy to find what's wrong with your car, only any good if you know the fault. I have a yellow light showing on dash, do you think i can find any info or if indeed it is in there. I need to try and get a copy of a Vauxhall manual.
