“The Best Service I've Encountered”

The most amazing thing about the Zaandam was the cleanliness... there were hand sanitizers everywhere! The staff was constantly cleaning, polishing, our staterooms were cleaned twice daily. Food was better than average, sitting rooms comfy and plentiful, entertainment galore, all the amenities you could think of, staff and crew friendly and courteous, couldn't ask for a better appointed ship. My only dislike was the smoking in the Casino. Otherwise, it is a great ship.

5 stars for the HAL Zaandam / Hawaii bound!
