    I had this one back in the day - 1978 when it first came out. Tried a lower end Hitachi that advertised 2x the power and then put the HK back in the system. Amazing change and a world apart. For a time (I was young then), I ran it with 2 pairs of speakers and was in trouble because mom could hear it ...

    Solid AMP with 80 Amper really delivers the Power.I seem to be lucky with my HK670 I dont understand these people with Bass problem . or erhalps you guys need some good Speakers.     The first thing you notice is the size and weight of it.
    Then when its set up,you notice the sound detail,how rich and warm it eminates around the room.
    You`ll never want to switch it off.I have mine powering a 200 watt set of speakers,which is essential to get anywhere near its full potential.But e ...

    The Harman Kardon HK3470 gives a powerfull clear rich sound! Musical and yet flexible. For a good price this beats all competition.

    The Harman Kardon HK3370 has excellent power and clarity. Simple and easy to use. I purchased this unit used and love it more than my surround units (HK).
