Groove metal legends Lamb of God might have taken throne for being one of the most revolutionary metal bands of our generation, but they never once vacated their throne like most bands have (*cough* Metallica).
If you like conceptual albums with an instrumental intro ("The Passing"), fierce and murderous songs that will strike you like that bullet that hit Ronald Reagan ("Contractor"), blasphemous ballads that lurk back to the old days of Ashes of the Wake ("Fake Messiah"), or maybe even seven minute songs that show progression in the band's metalcore/groovy sound that regardless, is still headbang-worthy and heavy ("Reclamation"), I'd highly suggest you give this killer album a go.
