Disappointed

i had my hair cut 6 weeks ago by the salon director at Vidal Sassoon in Cardiff. I was charged £85 and she dressed my hair really well. A couple of days later I was still struggling with the style and it just wasn't falling properly. I rang up and they were really apologetic and invited me back in. I had it done again by the salon director (no charge) and again she dressed it so that it looked great when I left. Now it has started to grow again the cracks in the dreadful hair cut are becoming very apparent. I have a slight curl in my hair and when I leave it to dry naturally it's a complete mess. It's also proving tricky to put my hair up and the only Selye that works is if I spend over on hour on it with the straightening irons (I don't want to ruin condition).
The salon director (although really lovely to talk to) doesn't seem to have the knack of cutting hair to fall correctly. I went there as I am a bit fed up of having ordinary hair cuts are was expecting something spectacular. I will never go back :(
