worse hair cut & color techniques with high prices

I recently went to Town Center Mall in Kennesaw for my hair cut and color. i was so excited to have some new change in my life. I had my hair cutting with a hairdresser, she is sweet girl but she doesn't know how to do her job. I had to go 2 times to have my hair cut fixed. Then I had my hair color appointment with another lady. She also doesn't know how to mix colors and the techniques. She charged me full price for baliagye $160 and also messed up. My hair are still messed up and Im trying to ask them to do something to fix them. Im so upset. She dint had courtesy to say that since she messed up my hair color and kept on saying sorry. I will fix your hair color I can come back again and that will be complimentary services provided. Im saying girl you need to fix my hair she should've charge. Do not go to Toni n Guy. They use to have experienced staff before but they all left. I paid $45 for my hair cut which was useless.
