The complete opposite experience I was expecting @ Toni & Guy, Hereford. I booked a cut and blow dry with an Art Director @ £50 expecting to be pampered and pleased overall, but instead I left underwhelmed & unsatisfied! Do not do as I did & expect brand name & price delivers, because it doesn't. I would now only go on personal recommendations of independent hairdressers!
