Toni & Guy - Cheltenham

So I had a haircut at Toni&Guy "renowned as innovator within the hair industry with hairdressers qualified beyond industry standards". I'd never been to any of their branches before so I thought I'd give them a try. My 'senior stylist' with 13 years of hairdressing experience couldn't even give me natural looking layers or feather the ends of my hair to take the edge off. So I'm left with a shabby, slapdash, choppy haircut. Although the salon was very smart, lovely and clean, staff were pretentious, fake and unwelcoming, just rushing to get you sat down and out of the salon as soon as they can when you are their last client of the day. Really? What happened to the words 'customer service' in this place? I left the salon without even knowing the name of my hairdresser as she was so rushed to sit me down that she didn't even bother to introduce herself. What a shame. 0 points for customer service I'm afraid. Actually, the best customer service I received was from the girl who brought me my fruit tea!!!
