Not sure where to start!! Staff more interested in parading around the shop floor than being interested in their customers. Greeted abruptly at the door and then marched to wash basins. The water went from boiling hot to freezing cold. When I informed the staff the response was "Yes, it's very temperamental!!!!" No, apology given. Was not offered any drink despite this offered to customers. Was not shown the back of my hair until I asked. When I asked about advice about my hair I was met with such disinterest it was unbelievable!! More interested in getting your money rather than worrying about how happy you were with your cut. It took 15 minutes to cut my hair at a cost of £44 pounds. I think I might change my profession!!!
