Booked into have a haircut in the didsbury branch, worst haircut I've have had. Stylist didn't even straighten my hair after telling her I always use straighteners, had to straighten it myself which now means I have uneven hair at the back due to lazy work and slack hairdressing. Wouldn't go back and I would recommend
