i have been going here for the last 5 years and have always had Laura who cut my hair very nicely. But the last 3 hair cuts she hasn't been avaiable even though she has been standing there with nothing to do. So I asked for another hairdresser of the same level and got a really bad hair cut with a fringe that was just a little bit of hair from the middle of my forehead, weird! So next time I asked from the level below this girl but I ended up with the same hairdresser ( also Laura not available again!) same bad hair cut. So the last time I thought I will pay a bit extra and get a better hairdresser ( as Laura not available again!) but once again got the same newish hairdresser and the sane hair cut but this time for £50! What a con!
