“Disguisting and 0 hair-salon skills”

★☆☆☆☆

written by norwichgirl2013 on 14/10/2013

I was in a rush, and wanted a walk-in hair-salon where I didn't need an appointment in advance. Seeing that it's accredited by City & Guilds, I thought it couldn't be terrible. Wrong, it was terrible!

-- The place is very very dirty. There's all types and styles of hair in every corner in every single spot of the place. Don't they vacuum and clean up? I came home to find my shopping bag full of small hair from a hair-cut of another client.

-- the sink they washed my hair in was sooo ditry. It was full of other clients' hair. The other sinks looked the same.

-- When I asked for my hair to be blow-dried, the result was a disaster. I could do wayyyyy better at home and I am not even skilled nor do I have a pro blow dryer. The hair was almost-not sectioned. And she used a big flat brush. And when I told her I hated the results, she said your hair isn't soft to start with (Helloooo, this is not my first time to have my hair blow-dried, so I do can expect what the results are supposed to be).

-- Recommendation to the person who did my hair: Watch you-tube videos, you might actually learn something
