Unbelievable verbal rudeness from hairdresser at WIMBLEDON.

I went in for a dry cut as my hair had been washed at home that morning and was free from any products. I was told that they wouldn't do that as it was company policy to have your hair washed with them first. When i told them that i usually have a dry cut at the sutton store and that it has never been a problem, they agreed to do it. Throughout the cut, the girl who cut my hair made very rude and upsetting remarks about my hair! She bluntly asked " who dyes your hair? How old is she? Don't ever do it again. Your hair looks GREEN. Look!!!!! What do other people say about your hair?" She parted my hair, no green could be seen by myself.I told her i have had nothing but good comments and even the staff in the Sutton store have said it looks good. At the end of the cut i got off the chair to be told by her " You're very small aren't you!" I left the shop feeling EMBARRASED AND HUMILIATED. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH RUDENESS FROM SOMEONE WHO'S SUPPOSED TO BE GIVING CUSTOMER SERVICE. If i had ever spoken to a customer like that, i would have been SACKED!
