I went to Supercuts Uxbridge with my son for his haircut on Saturday. As there was a waiting time of an hour I asked what time they were open til on Monday. The assistant said til 6pm and as long as I was there before 5pm it would be done. We then returned on Monday at 4.45 and were told by the assistant that she couldnt do it as she was about to go home and leave her colleague on her own. Appalling service. I went elsewhere and will never return.
