Just got my hair cut at the Guildford store and I'm very disappointed in the service! Very bad hair cut with uneven length on the sides, the whole hairstyle is misshaped. The hairdresser was nice and polite but with no skills at at all. She left my hair wet and when I got home and tried to style it I discovered how bad it is. I'm very disappointed I will never go there again. I had to make myself an appointment at proper hair studio and I hope they will be able to fix it. I will have to avoid the mirrors for couple of days.
