Got my awful haircut in westfield branch today. After giving instructions to my desired cut, she advised me to hav shampoo, i requested dry cut. She said, cant cut my hair if no shampoo. Given me the price if £17.95 as shampoo-cut-blowdry..finished cutting my hair not my requested style, had to reinstruct. On paying, she charged me double of initial charge. Queried why it was different from previous info she gave, she insisted she said such price.. Guys, get your prices clarified and cuts clear to avoid dis appointment.
