After going for a hair cut on training day as it's cheaper but also I like to help the trainees learn. The teacher was appalling not only did she real of cigarette smoke but totally shouted and belittled the poor trainee girl. It was so bad I thought she was going to cry. No need to treat staff who are learning like thst. I felt so uncomfortable and will not be returning. My friend also witnessed similar thing too and my mother. Shame on you Saks you have lost 3 customers.
