“Bad customer service”

Had an appointment booked for 10am Sunday arrived and was told that my stylist was ruining late waited 20 mins only to be told that she wasn't coming in and that they didn't know where the other stylist was and that they could only rebook me a new appointment which was unacceptable avoid like the plague very unprofessional salon.
