i have been a client at hair lab for 8yrs ,on every app we have a consultation to talk about what i would like to have done , the hair lab team do their very best to make my regular visits feel like my 1st time there , my family go there too so thanks guys for looking after us . we love you :) (read more)
“Hair Lab Doesn't Listen to Customers!”

Having visited Hair Lab over the past year, I'm sorry to say that they DO NOT listen to their customers. Over this time period, I have had highlights and asked that they leave the dye on sufficiently so that I don't get that awful brassey gold tone. And you guessed it, they left it on too quick every single time and left me with GOLD coloured hair. At over £140 a go, its a disgrace. Once you can forgive, twice is a coincidence but after 4 times of this, I'd had enough and will not be going... (read more)

i have been a hair lab client for 8yrs now and really cant believe that you are complaining about a very proffesional artsist who will not damage yr hair . (Name removed) do their very best to satisfy their clients requests. i also wanted to go lighter a few years ago ! (Name removed) took a test strand as she wanted to make sure my hair was strong enough to take ! as it happens it wasnt . if ishel did what i asked my hair would have been damaged so Iam very gratefull for the profesional advice . what really stood out about yr comment was that you slagged my stylist off but still returned 4 times to hair lab . god help the next salon ...........a very satisfied client :)

Good for you that you are satisfied... Sadly, I know many clients who were not satisfied with Hair Lab. The crux of this is that people pay a lot of money for a proper service - not for someone to simply give you the hair colour 'they' think you should have. The complete lack of care and unprofessionalism I experienced at Hair Lab was astonishing... Thankfully, a year on from leaving the awful Hair Lab, my hair is back to its usual glossy mane. But I would never, ever recommend Hair Lab - they're a complete waste of money and will ruin your hair.
