Haircuttery Route 33 Hamilton, NJ

I went to Haircuttery and my stylist was Kristin, she appeared to know what she was doing when I showed her a picture of a blonde woman who had the highlights I wished and used to have, they were a light blonde base color with alternating gold and white blonde highlights, she informed me she wouldn't have to put base color on as she could just highlight and I said okay, but after she put the highlights in she started putting color on the sides of my face and she said she decided I need the base color after all, I looked in the mirror and the color looked very dark, needless to say I ended up with dark brown base color and gold highlights and it looked like a cat rather than a natural highlight, she said I could come back and she would put some more highlights in and I said I wanted the head redone, I came back the next week and she used a different highlight but did it very chunky and she said it would blend with the other gold highlights. I ended up with dark brown base color with chunky white gold highlights and it looks like so stark now as the other golds she went over with these chunks of white as she appeared perturbed she had to spend her time redoing my hair at all, I now look like someone who has dark base as my eyebrows are light blonde with stark highlights and it looks terrible, and the whole time both days the stylists just complained about their salon and the manager and their lives and gossiped about their clients that were coming or who had just been there, very unprofessional and very bad stylists, DO NOT GO HERE!!!
