Bought these for my daughter they are good straightners does what is say only complaint I have is I bought these in may 2012 off eBay with a warranty of 12 months. We have been using them all fine but the black cover-in over the wires has slipped down so the wires at exposed so it is unsafe to use it should not happen so dangerous when wanting them replaced I get no reply so have left this as a warning for other.

This is the exact same complaint that I have, bought them in April and they have an electrical short and have stopped working. Have tried EMailing this person but with no reply. Maybe we should be contacting EBay
