I bought mine ONLY 5 months ago first time ive ever purchased ghd ,They have already broken the light and the beep are continually flashing, Phoned customer service they told me to return to them so that they could check what was wrong with them was even told they may be fakes when i knew they wouldnt be as i payed £100 from a reliable retailer, They have sent me a replacement without as much as an explaination as to why they broke after such a short time so i have phoned there customer service, He has informed me that the circuit board was broken and that it happens after heavy usage (only had them 5 months ) Obviously an known fault, Would not recommend should have read reveiws before as everyone says the same about them that there not worth the money, I am however baffled as to how they got such a high place in such a big market !!.
