My friend and I were walking through Parramatta shopping centre where we saw a stand. The guy said he would straighten our hair for free so we went along with it. The hair turned out amazing as I have thick and bushy hair. He convinced us to buy the product and because it had a good result we brought it only to take it home and realise that it wasn't half as good as the guys one was. It cost us $180, the heat fluctuates, it damaged my hair extremely even when I used a good heat protectant spray and did treatments and didn't even hold the straightness, a $40 Remington hair straighter would do better work that this one. Not only did the guy lie to us and made it seem so amazing (which his straighten was but the one I received was horrible) there was no refunds unless it was broken/faulty. I now have a Halo hair straighten which was $209.99 and was honestly the most amazing hair straighter in the world, and considering my hair is extremely hard to straighten and keep it's hold it works wonders. Don't feel pressured and give into the sellers trying to sell their straighteners to you because as I learnt it does nothing but waste your money.
