broken!!!

Had my Cloud Nines for 5 months. and they're broken. sent them back, they returned them apparently repaired however no phone call no email just left them in my wheelie bin the day before rubbish was due to be collected!! and no refund of postage even though receipt enclosed. had them back for 5 days and broken again. the common fault everyone has mentioned they start beeping and then turn off. I rang them and had to leave a message and oh what a surprise no call back! NEVER using them again. sooooo glad I've still got my trusty GHDs that I've had for 6 year and not
once had any problems! Cloud Nines should expect a very big complaint from me!
