“completely rubbish”

spent almost £10 thinking that this product would be really easy to use, i did everything in the instructions - cleaned, slightly warmed, pulled the skin etc. not one hair has come off, feels like im pulling off moisturizer, and yes i have tried doing a thin and thick layer neither has worked. complete and utter waste of money and rubbish.
