This was my first time buying hair extensions, so I was quite wary about what to get; there's a lot of reviews of websites swindling people out of their money, and a lot of different price ranges. In the end, I went for SuperStrands, because the prices were the lowest I could find, and I'd read mostly good reviews.

I'm really happy I went with them. I dyed my hair black a month ago, and it had faded a bit so I bought the "natural black" 7-piece 20" set. Contrary to some of the reviews I read of Superstrands, the extensions have hardly shed any hair so far. The colour is a great match and a good length. There were no grey hairs whatsoever, something mentioned in a few other reviews I read. The 7-piece set was definitely enough for me - I wouldn't have any more room on my head for more. The clips are good quality and don't feel like they're going to fall out easily.

The only bad points I have to say are that the "first class recorded delivery" they offer you for free takes longer than expected; they quoted 1-2 days, but it took 6 days to get to me, and I live in the same country as the producer. The hair looks a bit thin towards the bottom, but I think that's the same with the majority of extensions. One last thing, I tried to curl my hair with the extensions in, and it just did not work at all. They looked even thinner towards the bottom, and it was really obvious that they were fake.

However, all in all, for £48, as a first time buyer, I'd say this was a good company.
