i purchased mine on the 15th, on the 16 at 10am i received an email stating they were shipped out i got the trackin number and they were in my house no lie a week later. the only thing i had a problem with was the packagin. if they claim they are "the home of the extension specialist" they should send it in better packagin considering i bought their most expensive product. it came in a little pink packagin and my hair came in a plastic!!! unacceptable. there was no padding in the package as well as no comb or brush or extra clip in case they fall off. on top of that i got a print out on cheap computer paper on maitenance. not cool!! as far as the hair its self. its great quality of hair cant lie. looks very natural and the clips are sterdy and very easy to hide. me personally because of the packagin and the way it came i would not purchase from them again, i would buy it from hello georgeous next time.
