Unproffesional!!

I booked a course and it got cancelled not even half hour before I was due to travel up! I have not yet been fully refunded and this was in April! The person I was dealing with told me the money had gone in well over a month ago and I'm still waiting for it! The admin team refuse to speak with me as I'm supposedly speaking unprofessionally?! I spent a lot of money on a course and travel, plus a wasted day off work and I didn't get to do what id put myself forward for and I'm suppose to be calm... okay! I suggest anyone looking to book through this company look else where.

I intend to go very much so public with this as I have family that work in advertising.

I'm utterly un-impressed!!
