worst hair extensions ever, customer service is terrible!

If i could give this zero stars i would. The extensions that I received are completely terrible, ratty and tangled and thin at the ends. The company customer service basically blamed me when I emailed them because i washed them with plain water and applied an extension conditioner and let them air dry.. apparently you are NEVER allowed to wash these extensions even though they advocate coloring them which requires you to wash them afterwards. This makes absolutely no sense and of course they won't allow returns and apparently aren't going to replace the set that i purchased. i cannot believe that i wasted so much money on this company and have been treated so poorly by them in return. This is absolutely ridiculous! I will never purchase from this company again, and you shouldn't either!
