I spent days researching what brand of clip in extensions I was going to buy, ready for my big 40th birthday party, and eventually decided on HeadKandy. I ordered the 20-22" in Burlesque Red.

They arrived very quickly and I was amazed by the high quality of the hair and the quantity of it - I'm pretty sure there's more hair in the extensions than I already have! :-)

Long story short, I'd picked the wrong colour and sent them back but the customer service team were so helpful and friendly. They always replied to my emails and questions really quickly, offering advice and suggestions. I agreed on the replacement colour and they were again sent out in super quick time.

Despite me ending up being an awkward customer, nothing was ever too much trouble and I was really impressed with the hair but especially the customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!
