After much deliberation and research, I choose Headkandy Hair Extensions. I based my choice on others reviews, thickness of hair, customer service and value for money. I live in Australia but I felt the hair extensions I could buy in this country where either more expensive than I was prepared to pay or poor in quality. I have had bonded hair extensions in the past but they caused quite a bit of damage to my own hair ( not to mention my wallet) so was looking for the clip in option. I emailed the team at Headkandy where they suggested my shade, I would have bought completely the wrong colour on my own so I highly recommend asking the team for their professional advice. They answered my emails promptly and when my extensions arrived they were a perfect shade match. Their website gives you great advice as to how to choose length and explains their great refund/exchange policy. The extensions come beautifully packaged and one weft is left separate so you can match the shade before you open the whole set, for refund/exchange purposes. It's also reassuring to know that if you do need to make a swap, you are assured of a completely new unworn (not even a 60 second clip in shade check) set of extensions.
