I use this 1 to 2 times a month just on my parting and blow dry. wow the top layer of my hair has turned platinum blonde and it is so shiny, my hair is thin so having highlights makes it look fuller. Don't use it if your hair is dark it will look awful and you will tend to over use it. (everything in moderation:o)
