i have light brown hair with some blonde and reddish tints already, i have been using sun in since i was 14, im 22 now, i love it always have if you have dark hair it WILL give you red or brassy look. I use it two days in a week the first time and a blow dryer after the intital use i used it sparingly to keep it up once a month. As with ANY hair dyes you can get some damage nothing like a good contdioner cant handel. Also the way you style your hair will also cause damage, so you cant blame a dye for the way you treat your hair. If you plan on using it i recommend you dont have ANY previous dye in your hair, also if you try to dye over sun in it will creat some crazy colors, not recommended. Finally IF YOU HAVE DARK HAIR IT IS NOT FOR YOU!!! DARK BLONDES, AND VERY LIGHT BROWN ONLY!!!
