I am mid blonde and I use this sparingly about 10 to 12 times a year it just lifts my blonde when the suns not there to do it for me.

My hairdresser is surprised that I use this and my hair is in such great condition after my kids I could not afford the time or money of sitting in the hairdressers for highlights so I turned to this old favorite.I used to use when I was about 19.

I have seen this over used and it does do scary things to your hair!

Just use it sparingly and no one will ever know you are not a natural
