Loved the ease of use of this product! No dripping, no splashing! Colour just like I expected from the picture on the packaging. My hair felt great right after I coloured it and continues to feel great.
Biggest issue is that after only 2 washes (with colour specific shampoo) the colour of my roots has not held as well as I would have liked. Aside from that, I found there was a hole in one of the gloves provided, so my index finger nail looked dark, and I found the printing in the instructions very small and difficult to read as it is on a dark background.
Over all, I am happy with the product , and feel that a 4 1/2 star rating is fair.
